About

I learned this work by doing it.

I'm a trainer, mentor and technology business leader based in Tirana. My teaching starts with the reality of projects, not only the frameworks around them.

My work sits at the intersection of technology, leadership and learning. I lead a technology business, manage complex international software projects, and work with professionals and teams who want project delivery to work better in practice.

I bring more than 12 years of technology experience and over seven years in Agile coaching and Scrum Master roles into the training room. That experience helps me connect ideas with the stakeholder conversations, trade-offs and changing priorities you meet at work.

As CEO and Business Development Manager at Derg Technology Albania, I work on business development, client relationships and software delivery for international clients. As a Senior IT Project Manager, my work spans dedicated development teams, healthcare technology integrations and digital products.

For me, training is a space to ask questions, exchange experiences and practise. I draw on real constraints (distributed teams, regulated domains, shifting scope) to make our discussions useful beyond the session.
