The context
Organizations increasingly recognize that successful project delivery depends on skilled project managers who combine technical knowledge with practical leadership and Agile ways of working.
The objective was to create a structured learning program that went beyond exam preparation, helping participants develop real-world project management skills they could immediately apply in their organizations.
The challenge was to balance internationally recognized PMP standards with practical exercises, coaching and Agile methodologies in an engaging learning experience.
