Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you provide: your name, email address, organization (optional) and the content of your message or training enquiry, together with enrolment details needed to deliver and administer a course.

Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, plan and deliver training, issue attendance confirmations and invoices, and handle any grievance under the Customer Resolution and Grievance Policy. Data is not sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.

Data may be shared with service providers strictly necessary to operate the training practice (for example email, invoicing or virtual classroom providers), and with a client organization when it has commissioned the training for its employees. Data is disclosed to authorities only where legally required.

Enquiry data is retained for up to two (2) years. Training and grievance records are retained for at least three (3) years to meet quality and accounting obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to future communications at any time, by writing to oltaprifti@gmail.com. Requests are answered within thirty (30) days.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data against loss or unauthorized access. This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function; it does not use advertising cookies.
