Terms and Conditions

All training described on this website is offered and delivered by Olta Prifti as an independent registered sole proprietor. Derg Technology is referenced only as part of Olta Prifti's professional experience and is not a party to any training agreement.

A place on a course is confirmed once registration is accepted in writing and any agreed payment terms are met. Fees, dates, duration and delivery format are set out in the course confirmation or corporate proposal.

Training may be delivered in person, virtually, or in a customized corporate format. Where circumstances require, the schedule, venue or delivery format may be changed, and participants will be notified as early as possible. If a change is not acceptable, the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.

Course materials are the intellectual property of Olta Prifti and are provided for the participant's personal learning use. They may not be copied, resold, or reused for commercial training without written permission.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the trainer and other learners. Conduct that disrupts the learning of others may result in removal from a session without refund.

Olta Prifti is a PMP-certified project-management professional. Any PMI trademarks referenced on this website belong to the Project Management Institute, Inc. This website does not claim PMI Authorized Training Partner status unless and until official authorization is granted. Courses are independently developed; attendance does not guarantee any examination result or certification.

Training is provided in good faith and with professional care. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the training concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
