Prerequisites
None for fundamentals. For PMP preparation, check the PMI eligibility requirements before applying for the exam.
Certification pathway
PMP exam preparation is offered by a PMP-certified practitioner. Exam eligibility and certification are set and granted by PMI. Attending does not guarantee an exam result.
Questions
- Is this an official PMI course?
- No. The training is independently developed and delivered by Olta Prifti. It does not use official PMI course materials.
- Can I join if I've never managed a project?
- Yes. The fundamentals track starts from the basics and builds up with practical examples.
